Better hurry up!

No need...Wait until I get the toilet installed, Justin.

And a Gladiator workbench...

And a Delta planer...
...and our money. We paid her fair market value for all of the bigger items we bought. Some of the smaller tools and miscellaneous stuff we just grouped together and paid by the pile. Told her we would help her load out the machinery if and when it sells. (There is a forklift that that is selling with one of the buildings). Her husband was a good friend and neighbor, we have had a lot of help getting this done, but it's still been quite a task. We had to empty 17 of the New Age cabinets before moving them. (Anyone need more than a hundred cans/bottles/jars/jugs of paint/stain/glue/varnish? Thousands of board feet of rough sawn mixed hardwood lumber?) This was a really impressive hobby shop. The widow is lucky to have your help.
My wife swears she’s going first! All kidding aside, I have a couple friends who have pledged to help her if I croak first. One is a Class 3 weapons dealer and car guy so he will help her with my collection. And we have a Fiduciary if it comes to that.
Does that require D or C sized batteries? And we have a Fiduciary if it comes to that.
Since the existing pavers sloped away from the existing garage parallel to the new garage door, we had to install them as a 3 foot wide ramp that tapered from 0 to 4" high over the 16 foot width of the door. It turned out great, IMHO.

It was worth the effort, IMO, it really cleans up the look of the bathroom without the pump sitting behind the toilet and the piping running up the wall.

Took a while, the swarf kept getting clogged in the clearance holes in the TCT cutter, had to stop and clear them manually a dozen times. Not a big deal; I bought the cutter on Amazon for $9 with the expectation of it being a one-time use anyway.
Happy with the result.OOMA home should be able to feed that payphone (https://www.ooma.com/home-phone-service/basic/) it's been a while but back in high school when i had a day off from the chess club (real popular guy with the ladies) i wired one up to my parents POTS lineIt's a real working GTE single coin slot phone but there is no phone line connected to it. (And I don't have a key for the coin box, anyway.)
Cell Jack might be another option. Basically a Bluetooth to Analog signal converter. Probably just going to leave it as a display phone, too many other projects to go down that rabbit hole..OOMA home should be able to feed that payphone (https://www.ooma.com/home-phone-service/basic/) it's been a while but back in high school when i had a day off from the chess club (real popular guy with the ladies) i wired one up to my parents POTS line

His wife is throwing a surprise birthday party at their place on Friday, looks like we will be playing Giant Outdoor Jenga. Always fun after a few drinks...
Went with waterproof Nucore 9" x 72" planks in Auburn Oak from Floor and Decor over blue foam moisture barrier/underlayment from Home Depot (it was half the price online of F&D) I really like way the Nucore floor goes down but I wish they had a little more variety in the color and grain variations in this pattern
