I've did the best searches I could and came up with not very much. Does anyone know the story of the old Crescent reversible ratchets with the "rapid reverse" push button?
1. I see the more readily available Crescent wrenches have a lever like everyone else so Im assuming the button is being phased out...yes/no?
2. Who actually made these? I've read that all reversible ratchet wrenches are made in Taiwan and that the cheapy non-angled head standard ratchet wrenches are made in China, but which Taiwan company made these with a push button.
3. Also, does anyone else market a button reversible with their name on it? I saw some by a company called Falcon, but they were both metric and sae, like 13mm and 1/2, that cant be good quality.
Any other bits of info would be awesome.
