I have no imagination and therefore love looking at your projects. I may try to do some little things in the future and I hope they turn out half as well as your. My wife would thank you if I could make just one or two pieces of lawn art.

My imagination only starts working once I lay out some "junk" on the table and move it around, when it starts to resemble something I weld it together. Poke around Pinterest searching metal art for inspiration. Your wife will thank you;)

And my bearings come from a neighbor who works at a printing company and they are on a continuous maintenance schedule on all the printing presses. These machines run 24/7 so they go through bearings rapidly.

I'll say up front that I completely ripped this idea off from an earlier post, but here's my version of a scrap metal motorcycle.

Well, NeverAgain and I are on the opposite ends of this. I think you have an eye for putting this art together, keep it up. Looks badass, and a load of fun.

Mine is really basic. Looked for a use for a section of 49 GMC panel.
Not as interesting as most posted here. :dunno:

High top bar table for a returning customer, he ordered this round piece and another square. The round will have a large truck cam shaft leg and the crank will be used as the leg for the square version.

High top bar table for a customer. 43" tall using a cam shaft from a 14 ltr Cummins, which had to be shortened by the way. A 14" ring gear, from an unknown source, as the base. 18" diameter top from many sources:D

Here is a custom ordered two wheel cart I just finished today. The gentleman who polished my concrete floor (see thread about 41 yards of jacked up concrete) needed a special cart to haul his floor grinders up and down stairs. He was in my shop and seen my "Paul Bunyon" cart and gave me a list of his needs and CFW made it happen.

A couple of these 7 slot grills are headed to Jeep Beach in Daytona in a couple weeks. They will be in the My Top booth as raffle prizes, if you are headed to Jeep beach let me know if you laid on eyes on them.

Very good work! The wife has been after me for years to clean up the scrap pile and try this type of thing, you have convinced me to try it out.

With the amount of scrap still left in "The Library of Mechanical Solutions", I should have a lifetime supply:lol_hitti

Fair warning to your wife, you may be having so much fun welding junk together that she may not see much of you:thumbup:
