I cut plexy quite often on a table saw using a 60 tooth or higher melamine or ATB bevel blade with a slow feed rate. You can cut it with a skil saw sandwiched in between two sheets of 1/4" plywood with pretty good success as well provided its a sharp blade and again a fairly slow feed rate.

It would be convenent to use circular saw for stright cuts jig for angl, but how do you slow saws speed on c.saw? Can with jig?Or you talkin about reducing push speed?

You dont slow down the speed of the saw just how fast the saw moves through the material... meaning how fast you push the saw. The other suggestions of scoring and snapping work well and you can flame polish the edges if they will show.

Duker,Ok i,ll ask,Whats flaming edges and whats involved?
Paul

You take a propane or similar torch on low flame and glaze the edge by running the torch back and forth on the edge. It smooths out the edge and clears the haze from the cut creating a nice clean edge. It doesn't take much so practice on a piece of scrap.

This. I just cut over 50 pieces for a commissioned project the same way. Used seven full 4x8 sheets.

I used my table saw when I made a shelf for my ps3. worked fine. I took some sand paper to the edge to give it a more uniformed look. The piece I cut was 3/4" thick.
