Question on gluing pvc conduit

I tried and you can't once the seller ships the item and has a tracking # that's how they get ya, by the time you even notice you were charged full price it's already to late..

Guess what it's all done. I can't wait to buy a mig welder but more then likely I'll have to run its own circuit for it in my garage, I have 3 more spots for 110v outlets. I finally got some new 7018 welding rods and they work like a dream compared to who knows how old lincoln rods the guy gave me when I bought the lincoln AC/Dc welder but I know there no good when the Flux is falling off ..
