I am looking at a Harbor Freight Sandblaster ,,, My olny question and concern is this according to specs that blaster requires 9.5 at 90 psi. I have a Craftsman air compressor then only runs 6.8 at 90. This compressor has a 25 gallon tank and will run up to 150 psi. I understand I could not run the Sandblaster all day it would be just for home stuff ... Will it work or should I continue doing it all by hand,
Thoughts and Suggestions .... Thanks especially if you have the cabinet ?

I have the HF bench top blaster. I also have the HF 21 gal upright compressor. I've had this for 5 or 6 years. It works fine for the one or two pieces I'll do at a time. I just have to pause and let the compressor catch up occasionally. I use it a few times a month, it wouldn't be feasible for lots of parts at once, or much more frequent use.

I think you're fine. If you decide to upgrade to a tp tools gun and pickup tube, you can get a tip/jet kit that is designed for lower output compressors. It will allow you to constantly operate at lower material removal rates and it's just a nicer gun.
