Code requires an outlet within 25’ (IIRC) for servicing equipment such as refrigerant vacuum pumps etcI do not. What do you mean by servicing?
It is only a 10/2 coming from the sub panel in the shop, so no neutral. You can not get 120 volts from this power source.I would just replace your existing disconnect with one that has also receptacle or maybe you can upgrade yours if you can run some extra wires in the conduit.
It is convenient to have a receptacle anyway imho.
