Quincy Compressor

Hi ,
Does anyone know where to get Quincy x2 compressor parts?
I bought a Quincy x2-55 compressor for $10 it runs but wont go past 45psi
I was told it probably needs a head overhaul kit.
Only place i found will cost me $55 CAD, for a $12.50 kit.

Quincy parts will be available on line. I did a Google search for x2 and several rebuild kits came up. You may also want to check ebay.

50 psi might be the target pressure it was designed for, but I can't say that with any authority. Take a look at this thread.

Thanks guys , found a supplier here in Canada for 1/2 the price. Still trying to figure out year made. X2-55 stamped on boss one side.

I just realized my 210 is painted the same color as your pump... It's from the late 70's...

I always thought their pumps were painted blue and mine just got repainted by someone, but to see yours that exact same weird color.... Interesting...

I've got a 240 pump that color as well. No idea on year, and Quincy tech support didn't have any info on it due to age.
