I've been planning my Racedeck stuff, the co. has been helpful, sending me the samples, etc. I just had a thought. Some winters, I end up using tire chains on my pickup, and I install them and remove them on the garage floor, where it is dry and I am not fighting snow to do it. Naturally.
Am I going to need to plan on putting down some, say, strips of old plywood or something to protect the tiles from the chains? I am talking chains on all 4 wheels here. It isn't a deal-killer if I need to do this, but I am getting rid of extraneous "stuff" while cleaning the place out and will need to hang on to some old ply pieces if this is a concern.
Anyone have experience in this?
The tile samples look great, meanwhile.
