RaceDeck on the way. Any pointers?

Just ordered my RaceDeck flooring. Any pre-installation pointers? Aside from sweeping the floor, what else did anyone do? Power wash, anything underneath?

Any issues in the winter months?

I just used a leaf blower to clean prior to install; didn't want any tile sitting on pebbles, leaves, etc.
