Racedeck tiles, coming up on 5 years now.
I put all white under the lift for light reflection back under the lift and that really has been the only place that has been a problem to keep clean. I throw some laquer thinner and mop it up, then some Mr. Clean floor cleaner to finish it up, at first I did that about 2 to 3 months, now its about once a year.
The tires have never left a mark on the tiles, while you can see most of my cars don't run, the Dino is my near daily driver with Z-rated tired, I was told, no idea if this is true or not that the higher rated tires like the Z-rated tires are the ones most likely to stain tiles but RaceDeck claims it can't happen with their tiles and it has not yet.
Boring Black&White checkboard with a Red border, it was way cool 5 years ago but now everyone has it.
You can scroll down this link
http://singer.rambour.com/stuff/ and see the tiles in some of the pics, I should organize that better someday basically that page is a bunch of pics I have been asked for by friends at one time or another. You can see the all white tiles under the lift and the B&W pattern under the second lift (Scissor lift). What you can't in these pics is a small section of tiles that I have taken out where I try to do all my welding, I was burning holes in the tiles so I took out a small section where I can weld on concrete. When I can't move the item to be welded to that section, I purchased a welding blanket to lay over the tiles.
