Needed a rolling stand for a Diacro bender.
I had a 12" flanged spool and a couple square tubes that had castor mounts already on them, so it was an easy chore.

What's the plan to keep it from spinning?
I'm gathering from my context clues that 'Rat killing around the shop' means minor tweaks/fixes to solve annoying problems and improve the work space. Assuming my assumption is correct, I have been killing rats in the shop today. What is the origin of this phrase?

The beauty of a Diacro #4 is you just use the ratchet (the roller chain circle around the OD) and all of the bending load is taken up within the bender itself (between the ratchet and the center tooling)
You can bend stuff that way which would take a 10 foot lever arm to do normally
Thanks Royce for always giving out masterfully executed great ideas!![]()
Rat killing, interesting term but not as interesting as your builds and threads.
Honest question...
Why does a person feel the need to make a post like this? What value is there to letting the OP and the rest of the forum know whether or not YOU find it interesting?
You should re-read Eric's post before spouting off. He was complimenting Royce's work and calling it interesting.
Frankly, I don't understand why YOU felt the need to interject that Eric's post was in some way inappropriate.
