Forgot I also keep a husky 1/4, a sk 3/8 and gedore 36t in my truck.

Here's the main ratchet drawer with 22 ratchets of various types. I have another 20 or so in sets in my socket drawer and in cars.

Over the many years I have lost count, but the funny thing is they seem to find me. Last week I was out looking at a CL garage sale and the guy had an old box with about 15 1/2 drive sockets (that I wanted real bad) and an old 1/2 SK ratchet that I did not want.

The guy said it had to be everything or no sale so I gave him $16.00 dollars (ten of those sockets were old school Snap on sockets in 1/2 Drive); oh well what is another ratchet just something to add to the collection...:rolleyes:

I shocked myself when I counted a moment ago. I'm a smidgen over 6,000 ratchets.

















:D Hahaha... just kidding! I was surprised to see that I've got 21 (2 Armstong 88Ts aren't in the pics). I use them all, too. Actually, there's one vintage Cman that I don't as I'm afraid to break it since it cannot be rebuilt. It's a nostalgia piece only, unfortunately.

I didn't count the speeders (wrenches, I consider them), breakers, or torques.

Off the top of my head, I think last count was 58. I like odd / interesting designs and Snap-On hard handles. They must work well too.

As best I can count, as I'm sure there is a couple hidden somewhere that I've forgotten about, 33 is my count. I have more 3/8 than anything!!

Geez, when I 1st saw this topic I'm thinking I have 5 or 6. Then as I read through I'm thinking wait a minute, I have some there and a couple of those. After doing a census I find I have 31 not counting a set of 3/8 and 1/2 " ratchet adapters but including 3 - 4 collectables.

I'm not feeling so deprived now, in fact I feel almost normal or basic, regular... but I'd feel much better if l had an F80 or an Armstrong 88.

I'm not a collector and I use them all (some more than others). Mine are a mix between Snappy, Proto, Cornwell, Blackhawk, SK, Wright, and Napa. I also have one Alltrade from a set my grandparents gave me when I was little. I would like to try out some Armstrong 88's our of curiosity, but I just can't justify spending the money as I have 3 of each drive size in Snappy Dual 80's.

The armstrongs have very thin heads which in certain applications is a godsend! My Armstrong 3/8 11-994 locking flex head ratchet has a slimmer head than my snap on 3/8 f80.

14 for me. I want to upgrade a few I use most often, the husky 18in flexhead Ive broke a couple times. Going to try the Wright.

CHina Craftman, 1/2

Snap on 1/4
Snap on 1/2 long 15in , (both from 1945.)

Westward 3/8,

Jet 3/8, flex head hate it

Proto (Facom) 3/8 flex head. Love it

Wright small 3/8 drive in a 1/4 body. Very Handy
Wright 3/4 drive. 24 in. Also very handy

Don't know that I've ever counted. I've got a couple in different flavors, different lengths, different brands, and what will fit in the space I have. There's room yet for a few more, but not much room, so I've gotten choosey. ;)

Unless you're talking the SK "frankenratchets", of which I've been hoarding several NOS sets and singles. :thumbup:

That or the Craftsman RHFT... I have one of every kind and doubles of a couple of them. Early retirement fund (I kid!). :beer:

Because of this site I've started getting more and more.

3/4- 1, old Bonney
1/2- 2, Crescent pear head and Easco RHFT
3/8- 6, Crescent pear head, Craftsman raised panel wing selector, Plvmb WF, 2 S-K's, and a KD swivel head RHFT
1/4- 4, Crescent pear head, Williams M-51, S-K thumbwheel, Armstrong 10-994 locking flex

and I guess the Williams ratcheting screwdriver counts too, so there's another. only 14. I have a ways to go to catch up with some of you!

I have 7 ratchets personally + 3 others that are shared with my dad, that's good enough for me, might add a super long 3/8 ratchet in the future like the FLL80 or equivalent length with flex head

I was doing some re-organizing. I counted 35. I also noticed I only have 4 brands. Cornwell, snap on, craftsman and kobalt. I do however want to add some gearwrench 120 xp's. I don't know why I have so many because I only use like 6 or 7 most of the time.

I have about 19 right now. My SO driver told me he is gonna have some green hard handle ones soon, so ratchet count is gonna go up.

I currently have 20, but am going to give two of them away, one to my brother in law, and one to my father in law.
