Looks really good. Do you have an access door underneath the stairs? I'd be tempted to seal the stairs for some covered storage underneath. Also, some skateboard grip tape on each step would help ensure no one slips
This is outdoors, there is a door to the power meters, but its basically open to the elements, rain, etc. Trying to make them watertight is an impossible errand.
Everyone is really worked up on the risers, I personally didn't want risers because that would allow the wood to dry faster, in theory.

This is a building with 4 units, in a condo association that does nothing for anyone.
The condo association claims that they are not responsible for the stairs, which is probably BS, but its cheaper to build the stairs myself than to hire an attorney.
I have liability insurance in case someone falls down the stairs.
I also bought some 1x6x12s because you guys are really worked up about the risers, better safe than sorry.
