It's from the Mokong TV youtube channel. The driver seems kind of quiet for an impact driver.

Thought maybe it might be one of those new hydraulic kind. You guys know the model number?

Certainly will. The only downside of the Surge is that it has a lower ultimate torque than a non-hydraulic unit so I wouldn't use it for automotive use but for screws it's the bomb. It will drive GRK's all day every day. Even bigger ones than you mentioned. In this particular style of driver DeWalt has introduced a 20V equivalent that is stronger but according to the TTC it has more vibration. If you're building a deck with 1,000 screws that's undesirable.

I don't remember that bit but I can believe it, as the DeWalt makes fewer (i.e. longer/bigger) hits per revolution of the bit. Also starts impacting from very low load so less suitable for use for fine driving.

That looks just like my impact driver. We've been building our son's house and I just ran in some 4" construction lags the other day.......no problem burying the heads if you want to. I also had to drill some 2.5" holes through a doubled up header in the dormers. Smashed my wrist up real good against a nearby 2x8 LOL!!!! Don't let the 12v power fool you. I actually gave the M8 stuff to my wife for projects and went DOWN to 12v for the smaller and lighter weight of them.
