LOL.... I have one coat on 1/6th of the roof. Looks like one leak still, but I was admittedly too lazy on fixing loose or missing screws. I will do them all going forward. Truthfully, I am only looking to buy a couple years till the price comes down then put a new roof on.
Dumpsters is a bit missleading as I also had a barn to empty and stuff from Mom's basement. I am getting my 8th Thursday All the big 30 yard ones. Probably 4 of them were stuff from this property and the garage. There was A LOT of junk in the yard. Also disposed of 132 tires and still counting. They used to pile the sileage and cover it with Black plastic. They used the old tires to ballast the plastic.

Should be a big week. The concrete floor repair and new apron should happen. The garage door is in at the dealer and just waiting for the floor and the repairs to the door frame. It will be a little slow, as the work is being done as a second job after work.
my electric poles came in at the same time. My Dad was the only one who knew where he ran the water and electric between the house and the garage. He passed away 4 years ago. The electric guys were nice enough to find it for me....LOL. Fortunately the water line broke within a foot of the hole, easy fix. They didn't cut the electrical.

Using rough cut 12" hemlock. the Battans aren't on yet. The rust was a function of termite infested sill boards and the moisture from outside getting to those sill because of bad additions. The other beams are good.

Very nice progress, its a night and day difference.
test fitting the tractor before ordering a door in the back. Backed it in first to check height, then drove it in with bucket on to determine where the wall will go. Tractor garage will be 18'x 13'. That leaves a small wood or metal shop of 12'x13' Not too bad. Tractor is a New Holland Boomer 55. Real glad it has turf tires which drops the cab several inches. Back door will be 8'x8' with low profile track.

Love what you've done with the garage! A lot, and I mean A LOT, of guys would have torn that building down and built new. Respect for saving it and I'm happy you get to carry on in your dad's old space. Will be following for more progress!

Awesome build! I love the restoration of the existing building, it looks like a ton of work, but will definitely be worth it.
Hmmm big picture windows in the back? Just Kidding. On the last wall for exterior, then they put the battens on. After that it is on to spray foam 2.5 in walls and 4" in roof. Met with new electrician last night. My main person just doesn't have the time. 
Nice work on the shop and property.
Also need to deal with the water line. Lots of issues. For one this is western Mass and the pipe comes out of the ground outside then enters the building. Surprisingly has only broke once. Second The well on this property feeds my Mom's house next door. It goes to an expansion tank in Mom's basement then back up to the garage. Need to change to have an expansion tank in the garage and feed from there to the Garage, House and eventually, my house we will build in back of the garage. I am going to try to convince her to let us drill a well on her lot. Be cleaner arrangement in the future.
Actually no beard, he is a Muffler Man. Same company made them though........

Nothing cringe worthy here , just in process and looking great , night and day different. Keep up the great work and thanks for letting us peek over your shoulder ,so to speak.
OK slight shift. the front of the lean too was going to be the metal shop.... after um consultation with my wife... who I would like to keep.... that room will now be my office for working remote... actually better as My budget increased and a was trying to plan a "Man cave".
