I have a commercial building that has a couple light circuits with no switches, just breakers. I want to add a wireless switch to each circuit that is hardwired in at the breaker panel. Simple and cheap solution is best and don't want to use a hub like Smartthings or wifi unless I have to. Distance of about 40 feet. Need 20 amp rating. Any suggestions?

Just Google “remote control relay switch” and you’ll get lots of choices. The ones I looked at had terminals for AC in and AC out. Where could you mount something like this where the bare terminals were protected except in a normal box that is used for switches and receptacles? If the relay was mounted in a metal box, would the signal from the remote get through the metal box? 
How much space on or around your panel? Funcitonal Devices has some Relay-in-a-Box style devices you could mount on the side of your panel.

I do have plenty of space around the panel and the Functional Devices look like they would work great. I was hoping for something less expensive though, maybe $30-$40 per circuit.How much space on or around your panel?
