Removable wall for winter heat

I am working on my 60x72 polebarn still and would like to get others thoughts to economically block off a couple sections temporarily in the winter as needed to work on things. I have an open rafter design with spray foam closed cell insulation. I had them seal off two rafters to local two potential temp walls. I can seal the rest of the rafter off but I would like to be able to either lift and pivot the wall up out of the way or fold it to the side. Any economical ways of doing this? Last place had homemade bifold doors but didn't work the best and made of osb on the outside and I assume something more on the inside core. Doesn't have to be perfect but part of this is parking for 4 adults in the same building. I do have a 30x40 that will be heated all winter to at least above freezing but the other area I am hoping to have overflow project area for heating on my days off work only as needed if I am not working in the other shop area. Due to time, parts, money, ect sometimes I have a lot of project in different phases.

My initial thought would be a folding wall like you see in hotel conference rooms or school gymnasiums which are used to divide a large room into several smaller rooms as needed. The top is typically on a track and the wall can be opened or closed in minutes by one person. A SIP design would give you the insulation you'll desire to keep the heat in.sliding-folding-partition-500x500.jpg

Vinyl strips are nice but depending on height and width you'll be closer to $1,000.00
Farmer has 12' walls and 48' width and his was right at $1,000.00. There are various thicknesses and the overlap will affect cost.
Cheapest might be visqueen with metal studs, 2x4 panels , or just hang and lay 2x4 on bottom.

I like the rope and pulley idea. Any ideas for designing? With as wide as it is that could be a mile of rope unless I can figure it out better.

Found some good stuff on here. Tape to a lightweight pipe tie 3 or 4 ropes looped around and connected to a common point to one rope to pull up and down. There is a place that has some custom lengths they can make in the spring when not as swamped if I can't find a size that will work premade. Basically I found the info with the temp paint both on here.
