Repairing a Floor

Need a little help from people who have more experience in this area than I do. I'm currently trying to assist my grandma with some repairs that are needed around the house as she is trying to get the house on the market in the spring. One area of concern is the garage floor. House was built in the late 60's and is definately starting to show its age. I did some repair a while back on one section with a concrete mix (you can see in pic #2) that has held up just fine for the last 2 years. I just wasn't sure if this was the way to go with the whole floor or if there is another option.

Basically what I'm looking for is a way to fix up the floor that is as cheap as possible since she won't be in this house much longer. I guess this also brings forth the question, is it even worth fixing?

Before anyone asks under the cover is a 67 Camaro

I wouldn't worry about it unless it's a deal breaker on a sale and then only worry about it when a contract is signed with a contingency that she will have it repaired.

Call around and get a couple of written estimates for the repair. Let her use that as a bargaining tool if someone is interested in purchasing and knock that amount off the asking price of the home.

I bought a bottle of pre-mixed crack filler at HD last week, I haven't used it yet but it seems pretty brainless to me, just pour it in the cracks-done. It's about $15. I think wider cracks need more cure time so you have to pour it in layers.

I'd say it's cheap enough to try, and for $15 it's a good investment on the first impression for potential buyers when looking at the floor...sometimes these minor imperfections can mean avoiding a low-ball offer.
