Need a little help from people who have more experience in this area than I do. I'm currently trying to assist my grandma with some repairs that are needed around the house as she is trying to get the house on the market in the spring. One area of concern is the garage floor. House was built in the late 60's and is definately starting to show its age. I did some repair a while back on one section with a concrete mix (you can see in pic #2) that has held up just fine for the last 2 years. I just wasn't sure if this was the way to go with the whole floor or if there is another option.
Basically what I'm looking for is a way to fix up the floor that is as cheap as possible since she won't be in this house much longer. I guess this also brings forth the question, is it even worth fixing?
Before anyone asks under the cover is a 67 Camaro
