I have several Picquic 6-in-one screwdrivers and they are great. Have a couple Milwaukee copies as well and they are good too. One problem with the Picquic bits is they seem to wear quickly and the Phillips start to "cam-out" badly. Has anyone found a replacement 3-inch long bit that would be better.

I see there is a Wiha Phillips bit that is 3-1/2 inch long that I would need to cut off to fit. The hex part runs almost the entire length which is what the picquic bits are.

I think the original bits are 2-3/4” long???

I agree, the Picquic handles are excellent, but the bits are a bit soft. I also prefer bits that have a round shaft, and Phillips with ACR.

I bought some Exchange-a-bit round shaft bits at the hardware store for when my bits are worn again, but they’re not ACR. I’ve been watching for other options.

2” bits would be a tad stubby, but would work fine.

Something like this - Link - would work.

I think Wiha has 70mm bits too, just not ACR.

Zephyr E1102XX275R would be great - just not as easy to find, and ACR is in the removal direction only.

I don’t know if Vega is any good, but I had ordered this to find out - Link - but Amazon cancelled my order.

Makita XPS impact bits are available in 75mm length
Felo offers bits in 73mm length (just a tiny bit shorter than the picquic)
Vessel also has 75mm bits and they are JIS too.
