we just had a few days of warm weather here in Edmonton Alberta so i decided to put my rock solid full chip floor in. I waited for my helper to arrive, which was late in the evening, and we got at. i turned down the overhead heater to give us more time to work as we were green to the flooring industry, the 24 by26 garage took us just over an hour and went on as planned. The floor looked great, my helper went home and i went to bed to let dry. The next day i scraped and vacuumed up the chips as directed, floor was hard as could be. Then i proceeded to put the top coat on and it just put the icing on the cake when i was done. The only thing is that its been a full 24 hrs and the top coat is still not dry, very tacky as compared to the day before being oily. Its still plus 5 outside, i have a window cracked and the overhead is on room temp. Should i just wait longer or did i ruin my new fancy floor some how?????
