Round Cable Strippers (for the jacket)

I've used all the traditional razor and scissor techniques to strip the jacket off of cables. My aging hands don't have the strength and finesse they used to. I hate buying new hand tools these days because it dilutes my collection of made in USA stuff. Anyway, there seem to be two designs for round cable strippers (electricians will want to look away):
Jonard CST-1900
Paladin AM25 /Greenlee 1820

I've read the @silver2000 thread on strippers and my experience pretty much matches his except my traditional strippers have dulled and I've gone the way of automatics. Anyway that's for stripping conductors and I'm looking for something to strip cable jackets. I don't need 100%. Just something better than my nick and spiral razor cuts. LOL.

Anyone have experience with the above two strippers?

You could also try these both of which cut the insulation and do not spiral :-

Weidmuller Wire Stripper, 4.5mm → 25mm Mfr. Part No.:AMI 900150

or

Thomas & Betts Wire Stripper, 4mm → 16mm Mfr. Part No.:7TCA131470R0004 CABSTRIP4-16

I have a couple of these and they are great for all types of round cable

I'm seeing three designs for rotating the blade:
Lever
Handle
Automatic

The Weidmuller and Paladin use a lever which I would think is the most reliable way to control it during the longitudinal pull. I'd think the Jonard handle would be harder to control, especially with aging joints. Looks like the Thomas and Betts is the automatic which I've read poor reviews about. What's your experience @richpa ?

I have the Jonard cable stripper you linked and with a few quick practice strips to get the hang of cut depth setting and technique you’ll be stripping the big stuff like a boss. Quick, clean and easy. I strip as big as 535 MCM and all the way down to 3 AWG. Smaller cable than that I just use my Kleins. I do keep a spare cutter blade on hand. They are also readily available.
