I don't know anything about Krown.

There is NO SIMILARITY between FluidFilm and 3m Cavity Wax. FluidFild is a lanolin (from sheep) based oil. Exposed to water, it will wear off is a couple of years. The 3M stuff is a "wax". Like stays longer than FluidFilm.
"Lanolin (from Latin lāna 'wool', and oleum 'oil'), also called wool fat, wool yolk, wool wax, sheep grease, sheep yolk, or wool grease, is a wax secreted by the sebaceous glands of wool-bearing animals.

" A typical high-purity grade of lanolin is composed predominantly of long chain waxy esters (approximately 97% by weight) with the remainder being lanolin alcohols, lanolin acids and lanolin hydrocarbons."

Hense why fluid films competitor is aptly named "wool wax"

Cavity wax doesn't wash off because its not applied to underbodies or frames, its applied to cavities. Fluid film and wool wax doesn't wash off inside of cavities either.
