My Dollar Tree (Ecorse Rd in Taylor, MI) has the rustoleum never wet kits just like the picture in stock. I'm assuming since Dollar Tree is a nationwide chain they would be in many stores but store stock might be based on regional warehouses. These kits were pretty expensive when they first came out and I remember the displays they would have where you would spray or dip things in water and watch it just fall off. I never used it and while in the store I couldn't think of something to use it on so even though they were a buck a kit I passed.
