I have 2 each of the P200 so I guess its isn't the same drill being recalled ...
AutoClassic, Is it OK? No run out?
I just checked both of mine....my newer one is the P206....but my older one is the SA1802.....no "M".
Close but no cigar?
Tried calling today but they were closed due to inclement weather.
Just found out I have a HP1802M. Do they replace drill & batterys/charger? Do your old one retro,or you have to replace at your own expense?
THANKS

I called the recall line on Monday, Purolator picked up my dead drill five hours later. Wednesday afternoon, I got my new drill. Complete turnaround approximately 50 hours. Great service!
My new drill came in yesterday so it was 9 days total.
It seems like a pretty decent drill. It almost but doesn't quite fit in the molded carrying case for the original drill. My batteries are shot so I didn't get to play around with it much.
I'll check mine. I had no idea of the recall.
They also have a recall on one of the battery chargers.
Let me see if I can find the URL to that one...
Buy one of the new lithium batteries. It will be worth the trouble.
