Alright so today I decided to sleep in while my parents go garage saling. I tell my dad all the time, come back and get me if you see Snap On. Well today he did.

Snap On 6pc Triangle hard handle screwdriver set (Not complete) $20
Snap On light ECU4000- $20
Snap On Dale Earnhardt 2 pc ratcheting screwdriver and car set- $30

The real gem you have there I would bet are the ratcheting screwdriver with model car set. I would be willing to bet a pretty penny being it was probiably a low run item it is probably worth a lot. Being it is a Dale Earnhardt item it would make it that much more valuable particularly if its a low run # kinda deal.
