The cheapo socket holders are great for screwdriver and nutdriver organizing. I use the 1/2 in size for clearance on the handles. I roll the box all around the shop and none come loose.

Seriously you're going to flame me for using the search??
I just want to see more screwdriver organizers. So post 'me up.....please
I used a 2 X 2 aluminum angle 6 ft long, with 1/2 holes every 3". I mounted it below the pegboard on the workbench. I does pliers , nut drivers and screwdrivers.

I use both the wall rack and my tool box. My wife and kids are always looking for a screw driver or pliers for some job they're doing. The rack is easy for them to spot and I keep my junk tools there. I don't want them to use or find my SO stuff which I keep in my cabinets.

I do something pretty similar and for the same reason. But I also keep one "specialty" driver on the pegboard rack. It is a Blum posi drive I use for installing and adjusting Blum european cabinet hinges. I use it at the woodwork bench so I just keep it on the board above. Last weekend I see the wife strolling thorugh the house with it in hand, going to attack some window screens "uh, don't use that one honey", "why not, its just a screwdriver?" I found her kitchen 4 in 1 and told her to use it. I'm still a "jerk".![]()
LOL - same kind of stuff at my house. I come home from work, the freezer had iced over, and my wife is using my brand new Klein screwdriver as a chisel/icepick in the freezer.
I got her a stiff plastic spatula, a sponge and a cup of warm water to finish the job, and somehow I'm a jerk too.![]()
A similar situation happened to me once. I was tempted to take a couple pairs of my wife's sewing scissors out to the garage and just stage them to look like I was using them, in order to prove my point. I am happy to say that instead I sat on my hands and kept my mouth shut and so my marriage is still very much intact.![]()
I just line mine up in the drawer largest to smallest with all the same type together. Nothing fancy, always worked for me.
I made a sheet metal tray that I put in the middle of the drawer. Helps keep everything in place. Then just alternate direction of the drivers. My OCD being fairly strong all the Phillips have to be on the left and flats blades on the right.
