I purchased a circular saw from Sears and the handle is cracking (see picture). I purchased the saw online and saved my receipt, although that doesn't seem to be doing any good. I called Sears trying to get a warranty replacement and got transferred to multiple departments with each person telling me I needed to talk to a different department (warranty, extended protection, home improvement, etc). So I wound up getting sent in circles before someone in the warranty department told me they couldn't find my order by phone number or address and they have no way to look up the purchase by order number??







So I gave up. I'm going to file a BBB complaint.

Take it to a Sears store and put it on the table and show them what happened.
