Second Harbor Freight Motorcycle Lift Pump Failure

Now the replacement pump has failed in exactly the same way the original one did. This one only 6 months old. What a drag. "No warranty on parts" . Has anyone ever had any recourse with HF on something like this? It really makes me think about what I am buying.

***** huge because of a knee replacement I can't kneel to work on bikes.

What happened to the original pump ?.......may be fixable

Isn't it usually a case of seals and oil? Do a search on here for resources for seals for hydraulic lifts.

A friend has a couple of the HFT lifts, they have served him for years.

I have bought 2 Handy Lifts.

I've had my HFT bike lift for nearly 15 years. Never a problem. I recently replaced it with an abba Skylift. The HFT lift is available cheap if you're near NoSoCal.
