Seeking Small Hex Bit Ratchet

I own the TONE (made in Japan) BRS20 22 piece 1/4 anvil-less mini ratchet set. The drag is light, but not "super light." It does have a higher tooth count, and is a great ratchet, with a nice compact case, and nice high quality TONE bits included. I can assure you that much of TONE's ratchets, including bit ratchets, are made by a Taiwanese OEM called Hi-Five. The most TONE can say would be "Packaged in Japan".

I bought a Snap On ratchet and it works great. I am sure there are others out there.

That's cool, looks like the Taiwanese Hi-five Corp have the bit ratchet market covered. That's about the 7th rebrand I've seen.
