Has anyone here used self leveling polyurethane to fill concrete expansion joints and have any hints or advice?

Yep, used this for years at work around the pool and just did my patio/drive expansion joints last summer. Good stuff and comes in 12 or 20 oz. caulking tubes. Pressure wash the cracks, let hem dry, use a caulking gun to slowly squeeze in the caulk for joints that may slope too much too quickly, as it will run out of the crack as it levels. ...

If steep grades are a problem, the Sonolastic/Basf NP1 which is not self leveling, works well too. If your gun skills are lacking, it is good to line both sides of the crack with blue painters tape so to not get the caulk outside of the crack.. it is messy stuff and hard to remove. JMO
