We work with the architect thank god.. but it does **** when we work on something for weeks then they just toss it out.

Current Update on the Shed build.

Added tar paper, the plans did not require it but I thought it would be good to have because its going to be slow going on getting shingles up. Also ran a course of shingles around the outside edge.

Also constructed the doors. They are solid t/g cedar with cedar braces on the inside. Very light doors, not that crazy about how strong they feel. I love the look but I feel they would be easy to break into.

Working in the sun is taking it's toll on me... could not do this for a living.
Lots of water breaks..

New updates.

Finished the roof. Major pain roofing... really needed roof jacks to do it safe and fast. Used a extension latter. with someone standing on the bottom rung while I was up on the roof... Mid 80s so I was on fire on the roof.

Just quick covered the roof ridge, will look into options for roof vent or may just go with gable vents.

Also put one window in.. it's going to get another window on the same side.

Looking very good. I've done roofing work for the US Forestry, and they want " GAF Continuous Ridge vent" on all their Comp roofs now. Very Good stuff and works wonders for ventilation. Here's a link to something similar to what I've used before

I like the those roof vents. But 40' that is too much.. I only need 16' I wonder if I can get a smaller quantity.

Posting a update on my shed build.. Its been almost a year and it is still in great shape no complaints. Just painted it and added some trim.
No leaks or major critters living in it.
