Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking about two things: first: is the fact that some of the work stations move around a bit. There are four separate hoses. Second, I was going to get some sort of swivel joint couplers from Prevost (in fact, I was going to redo the whole set up with Prevost as soon as I can get around to it). I also want to get one of those automatic water release valves for one the compressor shuts off.

I was thinking of reels too. I read an older thread or two on here that mentioned several good (if expensive) reel-makers that seemed to make incredibly high-quality stuff. The budget's a concern for that type of thing, as cheap stuff doesn't, I find, hold up in our environment, but eventually I'd like to consider them as well. We usually use 25' hoses (after the drop). We have some 10' hoses (after the drop) as well. I'd like to get better coupling hardware as well. In addition to Prevost, I've heard about an outfit out of Chicago that manufactures good stuff.
Nice assortment of shop equipment. You run a fabrication shop or just hobby? If it's hobby, Im definitely jealous!
No need for jealousy! We do light fabrication. The beginning and the ending of fabrication projects. We cut raw steel, and put the finishing touches on projects. That fabrication table my father bought sometime ago -- he got a great deal on it I think. It's a hell of an impressive table though. When I clean it off, I can do a full shot. It's solid and about 20' long by 10' wide. Most everything is used except the milling machine which was bought used. I finally sorted out the parts which were in wooden crates. We don't use the sand blasting machine anymore either -- too much of a mess.

Nice shop. It may have been the camera setting. I found that some of the night settings compensate for low light by using longer exposure. It's hard to hold still enough without a tripod to not have blur using those settings.
I need the housing for one side (not pictured) of the belt sander. Can't find the manufacturer's name stamped on it. The motor is a Sterling. Anyone recognize the brand of sander? I wonder if I can find a junked one and get the housing (for the left side). If not, maybe I'll have to make one.

I want to do something with those hoses. I'd love to get some good quality hose reels, but funds need to go elsewhere for the moment. I'm also looking forward to synchronizing all my couplers. Prevost would be my first choice, but maybe something else....
