I snap an occasional bolt or carriage bolt… but I would definitely say that, overall, I break much less hardware with impact wrenches and drivers than without. They get apart hardware that would just shear with a ratchet.I had no idea they sold "sets" of 10MM socket variations. Now that's clever!
It, however, begs the question: Is an Impact 10MM socket really necessary?
Don't we use a Hand Impact Driver for small frozen bolts so we don't snap 'em off?
