I believe that's an S-14 3 ton. I have a pic of a page from a catalog dated 1939 and you can barely make out the swept back design of the light. That's an awesome find!

Some of the floor jacks we have kicking around. Napa 10 ton, the sticker is long gone on the old jack but I believe its a Weaver 4-ton possibly a 2 ton, Strong Arm 3 1/2 ton double pumper.
Also have a Napa 3 1/2 ton, Craftsman 3 ton and my favorite one a made in Japan OTC 2 1/4 ton

Latest Jack Milwaukee model 40 doesn't leak holds a load. All I did was paint it. $50 is what I paid
Does anyone have good picture of the sticker on the side I can replicate? Milwaukee Hydraulics is unresponsive to communication.
Also if you have a Milwaukee is the bar stud for the level stud welded on the outside of the frame? One side is on mine and one is not

Well, maybe not - if you want to keep from chewing it up, put some dowel pins in two opposing "scallops" (you can use a magnet to hold them in place), then a 3 or 4 foot pipe wrench with about 3 feet of extension (you can use the jack handle) on those dowel pins. I used a shop press to hold the hydraulic unit.

Here’s my one and only. Nothing special. I bought it at Sears on May 3, 1984, right after I bought my first old car. It’s provided 35 years of dependable service and is still going strong. Along with lots of cars over the years, I once lifted an antique upright player piano with this jack.......

Hi Guys, so I picked up this Lincoln/Walker 93642 last year from a garage in my town for free because it wouldn't stay up under load. Figured it would be a simple O-ring or something. I was able to get it to work enough to change out some tires last year but this year I couldn't get it to pump up enough to even get my cars tires off the ground... Found this forum and scoured it for days. Thanks to all those who posted how-to's on here. Particularly Hi-ball who is a wealth of information on these jacks.
Long story short, did some research, ordered a seal kit, ripped it apart, cleaned it and put it back together. Once I knew it worked I pulled it apart again, sanded and painted it. Thought some of you might appreciate the final state. Might re-create a decal for the top or just leave it and as-is, not sure yet. Helps me to looks forward to putting my winters on just an eency-tad bit more this year. Cheers.

This is my first post. I am interested in rebuilding Jack's. My first go at it was a success. I purchased a kit from HRC.COM for the old green sears 3280031 My second attempt was on the blue jack a Westward 5ml67 Quick lift. I have done something wrong. The jack works but the initial rapid lift feature is gone. I can't find any information or drawings on this jack anywhere.

You guys have some sweet looking jacks. I actually came up on this thread because I'm looking for an addition to mine. I need something with more lift than my current set up. Not to mention that it has finally started to leak after 20+ years! Never serviced... because I ****.
My current is a Craftsman 2.25 ton and it has around 19 inches of lift. I also have a 6 ton Craftsman bottle jack that I keep as a back up .

These followed me home today. I anyone has documentation on these it would be greatly appreciated as at least one will require some love. Both are Walker Roll-A-Car's one 770 and one 771. I may be willing to part with one before I start restoring, but that is a pretty big might.

You can try here: https://www.hcrcnow.com/drawings/lincoln-walker but the little bit of nosing around I did, I didn't see anything that looks similar; I think you may be on your own here. There may be someone here on GJ that's restored one. They look to be pretty much the same jack - hang on to both of them, until one is working to your satisfaction, as you may need to use one for parts. And you'll find hard parts (anything other than seals) pretty much impossible to get for those jacks. In fact, hcrcnow didn't have seal kits, either. Sometimes, with those old jacks, it's a matter of taking them apart, measuring seals, and trying to find a match. I'm wondering - what's the lift height on those?

Yeah, I had checked there on a whim prior to purchasing these. They are 100% there and operational, but will need seal kits. At least for me having the manual to refer to is helpful, may have to go it rouge.
Just checked the lift of the most functional one and it's at least 17", so I figure a good flush and seals might get me the extra 1" of lift.

Here are some pics of my Walker 4 ton long carriage jack. My father bought this used back in the early 1960's, and it still works great. I've got a little time on my hands, and plan to give her a makeover.

Just got an Ausco D-1901 today. Looks exactly like the jack at post #212.

Are those solid rubber wheels? I have to do a lot of work out on my dirt driveway and the jack always sinks in the dirt unless I carry it. Wheels that size would make it a lot easier.

They are a composite wheel, so, yes, they are solid....
I opted to go a more expensive route just to be safe. The Pro Eagle wheels are proven but costly. HF has a candidate (1100# capacity) for $7.99 but I felt the money saved would be foolish as compared to a ER visit.....

Interesting frame design on that Facom; the hydraulics look like what our resident expert would call "typical Yasui based", which these days, screams "China". And it appears that the hydraulic block is welded (?) into the frame, which would not thrill me at rebuild time - but maybe they've done something with the design that makes removing the hydraulics from the frame unnecessary. Or maybe it's not meant to be rebuilt.

Interesting observations! I liked the thought behind the design and how they incorporated the safety lock. FACOM is known for innovative tools, thinking a bit outside the box.
I doubt the featured jack in the YouTube video uses a Yasui based hydraulic system, I noticed during the video when showing the locking feature, they quickly cut to shot showing a different jack that is Yasui based, while sliding jack stands under a vehicle.
I’ve never seen that style of jack, didn’t see it on Facoms website and it appears the video is from 2012, so I’m guessing it didn’t pan out.

You're right - I had to take another look at the video; for some reason, I fixated on the cheap jack that they showed the back of, when placing the stands.

The hydraulic block isn't welded to the frame. It is fairly common for manufacturers to weld a small chunk of steel to the frame directly behind the pump assembly for the whole thing to seat/press against as it raises the jack. The means all the bolts are responsible for is keeping the sides against the pump and there are no shear forces on them.
