Almost my exact words when I kept scrolling down... I threw in "Jesus" somewhere in there so that I will be forgiven for my cursing.

dont let Moose see this !!! :D

Monte,

My guess is Moose has already seen this. And right now he's busy on a spending spree trying to acquire more orange hard handles. He probably spent last night dining at ebay.

The part number on it is SDS6. It looks like it was made that way. I got it used, and haven't seen any others like it.

should be easier now to acquire hard handles since snap-on reintroduced them...i bet he just called his dealer and ordered a case of every color and size:D

Oh by the way, HW Schmidt Industrials (Pty) Ltd. started the Gedore business in SA with Gedore of Switzerland. He then started doing all the other things like Wera etc. Same company behind these tools in RSA really. I would imagine his casting and pressing business is contracted to do the work for Gedore, Wera and others.

I thought so  So who actually makes it? Is one cheaper than the other?

yes Witte.

I don`t know the Bertool set was from ebay and Witte discounted from a store, so i don´t know retail prices, but both sets about 20 € each (Witte are nutdrivers though) . Bertool tools don´t exist anymore.
