A few new Snap-on drivers, ratchets etc. Hard handles organized by color for your viewing pleasure:

What is that bright blue handled screwdriver with the bent handle, did it come from Snap On that way if so what part # is it as I have never seen one like that.

My guess is Moose has already seen this. And right now he's busy on a spending spree trying to acquire more orange hard handles. He probably spent last night dining at ebay.

The part number on it is SDS6. It looks like it was made that way. I got it used, and haven't seen any others like it.

This is the link for Gedore in RSA, they do export to Australia and New Zealand as well, http://www.gedore.co.za/company_history.html
The handles on the Wera's indicate "Germany" but on the locally made ones there is none. Rgrds

Yes indeed, they make the Gedore portable toolboxes and that tool caddy for Gedore as well I have one of those die cast boxes, was looking at that toolbox cart as well.

Oh by the way, HW Schmidt Industrials (Pty) Ltd. started the Gedore business in SA with Gedore of Switzerland. He then started doing all the other things like Wera etc. Same company behind these tools in RSA really. I would imagine his casting and pressing business is contracted to do the work for Gedore, Wera and others.

Are those only available in South Africa? Those look like the perfect drivers for me...been looking for a good coloured set of celluose acetate drivers for a while!

just read that the company in SA was founded in 1965 by HW schmidt and omnitool (Gedore switzerland)...

yes Witte.
I don`t know the Bertool set was from ebay and Witte discounted from a store, so i don´t know retail prices, but both sets about 20 € each (Witte are nutdrivers though) . Bertool tools don´t exist anymore.
