Here is a couple more.
First one is Hobart 400 amp DC motor/generator unit with 25 H.P. motor.
This thing makes one wicked hot arc, could not believe the difference
after using a Century buzz-box for years.
Got this nice Aerowave off Fleabay in 2008.
Other than the Dynasty 700, this is the "Cadillac" of welders.
From just a few amps all the way to 375 it is the shitz

That's a Benard water cooling unit underneath,
used with a CK 20 series torch. (very nice and small).
The Aerowave is a hybrid welder, has a transformer like the Syncrowaves
but has all of the functions of the newer Dynastys and some functions
that the 200 Dynasty doesn't have.
Bottom panel is the advanced functions & weld sequencer.
Most of which you can use for stick welding as well.
This unit was made in February 1997.
I have heard that the Aerowave was made for Boeing for welding on airplanes.
The only problem with this unit is their is no more excuses for not getting a good weld.

Check out the cool looking back, its made to be placed in a corner
of a building if you want.
Looks like an advertisement for MILLER, all blue here.
Heatsinks with dual fans.
Here is a shot of whats behind the front panel.
Sure is a-lot of electronics in this thing, just hope it doesn't **** out on me
any time soon.
This is the main contactor for the DC coming out of the rectifiers.
Looks a little on the "wimpy" side to me,
even with all 3 contacts tied together.
Big ole three-phase transformer shown here.
Need to get a cart built for this welder sometime.
Runs on 240,480 or 575 volts single or three phase.
Currently wired for 240 volt three phase.
Hope you enjoyed my disection of the Aerowave, maybe I can post up some
of the stuff I made with this awesome machine.
