flip the handle upside down, works awesome to hold aerosols, also clip cordless phone to handle end and put cell inside of. Been debating drilling hole in upside down handle end to put my 36" prybar in.

Yeah I don't get the fancy assed parts stuff on SnapOn Canada and I work in Milimeters.

It took me a while to figure it out myself.

I would like to have my larger wrenches in one drawer along with my 3/4" drive and 1" drive stuff in the other two. Still not sure what I want to do, as I said, I may be able to do the Lista cabinet and have enough money left over for lunch..........

Yeah...that was the response from the SO man...to which I said "This box only has 4" and 6" drawers. All the same bottom dimensions". He then said "Oh....yeah...maybe it is the wrong kit." We'll see how that gets worked out later.

Our SO man *****. Doesn't ever show up and won't work on a deal for a box or do much dealing for anything else. About ready to call corporate and tell them to get us a better driver. Wish we had a guy who has been in the business for several years and would be willing to deal on boxes, then I'd have the 84 Epiq in sapphire blue with a hutch that i want.

What I really want is a 68" wide with all the wide drawers, top to bottom. Then I would be happy as can be. Lista will be able to do something close to this. I will be laying out the tools, most of the 3/4" and 1" drive sockets are shallows, so they should fit in a 4" deep drawer, but I will have to confirm this. Who knows, I could be dreaming and wake up with a couple HF 44s.

I am actually regretting my decision of getting a hf 44. It does not hold as much as I thought it would.

My driver said they can't keep the boxes rigid enough to do the full width drawers the entire way on one box. I think I can do it on an 84, but it ends up a double bank. I am not interested in another monster, I move my 84 around so much I bought a second handle.

I have a co worker that has a classic. He does the same thing. He manages to open my box exactly the same depth as his box every time lol

Has a krl 3 bank and ran out of room. My dealer had a deal , trade in on the krl for price paid and rebate that i just said ok lets do this one last time. Its my dream and definately my show piece that gets alot of WOWs to my guests/customers.

Im hoping to add the lockers the end of this year . Soon to have the pink slip for this bad boy but it is just about full .

Any pictures of the front inner side? Is the drawer inner front edge straight up & down?

The drawers are indented due to the latch. It is really only noticeable on the 2" tall drawers (ask me how I know). So the extra depth is not totally usable, if that makes sense. The latches are so intuitive, you will wonder how you ever opened the master series.

The reason why I ask: I will be dropping my tool foam in the draw'ers and don't want the front edge to counter sink under the indentation, if you know what I mean?

So the draw'ers are measured from the front under the latch?

When I ordered mine and laid out the drawers I based it on the krl that I traded in. I ordered a lot of 2 inch drawers and found that they are slightly smaller, the 4 inch ones were not an issue but your foam will go under the latch of the 2 inch ones. Basically the plastic trays that come with the screwdrivers and other tools would not fit as well (or at all) in the configuration I had in the same size 2 inch drawer that was in the krl. I hope that makes sense.

Comparison between a deep drawer and a shallow drawer. You can kinda see the overhang on the deep drawer, my front socket rails are about flush with the top of the drawer, the loose sockets in front are under the overhang. In comparison, the shallow drawer is straight up and down.

I guess it depends on how thick the foam is, I thought there was room under the latch on the 2 inch drawers, just not a lot. Thanks for posting the pictures.

The 3 inch ( I guess that's what it is, never measured) has a small amount of overhang.

The foam is 18mm & 31mm thick.

The problem I have is the listed draw'er depth, is this length to the front under the Latch? Some of the cut outs are only 6mm from the edge. Don't wanna contact the overhang every time I pop a ratchet out.

The smaller draw'ers I assume are just straight up with no overhang?

Now that Matt has said that, I think he is right. The 2" drawers are straight up and the other ones have a slight to large overhang. I won't be back to my shop until Sunday, but if no one else has been able to answer your question, PM me and I will take some pictures and dimensions for you.

Been eyeballing an Epiq the last few weeks on the truck. 60" Extreme Green with the 3 full width drawers. Just wish it had black trim instead of chrome. Thinking about trading in my Mac 1080 on it.

But wouldn't you be better off with the smaller sidebox on the right up against the toolbox, then the taller one at the end? I.e., interchange the right two sideboxes. Then you'd have a place to put stuff beside your work area.

I can't speak for Matt, but I would venture a guess that he went through the some decision making process on what box sections to buy based one what is / was available at the time. I know I did. In my case, the extra side box type drawer space is why I ended up buying the "Baby Epiq". Prior to that box's availability, all you could get was 60" rollers or bigger to get more drawers. No small side box add-on's in the Epiq series. Then they added the slightly smaller 2 drawer "cart" (now discontinued). I didn't want to jump of to a huge 12 foot long double roller (an 84" with one locker takes up enough space as it is in my shop). So, the "Baby" was the answer to add more drawers.....besides, I'm liking the idea of staying a little more "portable" as I get older...ya just never know when I might need to load out all my tools and move on
