The snap-on slide hammer is one of the best out there. As a matter of fact all of snap-on's pullers are top notch. Id recomend them to anyone. Part# is Cj2003a its the rear axle bearing kit.

2.00 pick up today from a garage sale on the way home from work. No. 3 J.H. Williams heavy service clamp. Williams has been around since 1887 and is or has been a division of Snap-on. I wire wheeled the rust and crust off it then wiped it down with BLO.

I don't a have a pic, but I recently purchased the Mastercool tube flaring kit - the one with everything. I just finished all stainless steel fuel lines on my old Chevy Tahoe and will now say that kit is well worth the money. No more buying pre-flared chunks and piecing a line together with excess / more joints than needed.
It works better than the old bar-clamp kits. I think a lot has to do with the tube side dies having much better grip area on the tubing than those split bar type tools.
It took a little playing around to get used to how much tubing length changes when a flare is made on sections where exact length is critical, but from there it was fast /easy and all connections worked / sealed right on the first try. I also found you can make a little "bump" for slipping hose over tubing and clamping for the flexible sections transition by using the fuel line dies and only pressing about 1/2 way - looks like any factory produced end.

Fedex just dropped these off. :D The 120XP's will be replacing my Cman RP's. The Quadbox Wrench (9,11,14,15mm) fills in between the other two I have (8,10,12,13 & 16,17,18,19). Gives me 8-19mm in three wrenches. Should compliment my full set of Regular (8-25?mm) and Flex (8-19mm) nicely.

2 days ago I was asking on the HF thread about a new creeper since my old wooden Western Auto one finally bit the dust and as a 225 pounder I needed something a little more sturdy and Red Neck Welder and PJNJ recommended the Lisle Jeepers Creepers.

I ordered it off Tooltopia ($64 and change incl shipping) and it got here already. I couldn't be happier with it and those guys were right, its a great creeper for anyone and particularly for bigger guys. Thanks again guys

New purchases all off the Mac man. Torx plus set mainly used on vauxhalls second picture shows difference between normal torx and ribe. Also got some wire strippers to replace my auto strippers and got a 1litre fluid sucker to replace the one I smashed.

That beautiful, I've never owned a Kershaw knife, are they sharp out of the box? How much was it?

I don't really know how to explain how sharp it is. It is ridiculous, it is like razor blade sharp.

This is my first Kershaw. I was eying the Snap On versions, but ordered this instead. I ordered it straight from Kershaw's site and it was $92 to my door. Found out after the fact you can save a few bucks if ordered from other sites. I don't care though, it's USA made, so a few extra bucks is worth it to me.

I bought this Snap On pick set a couple of weeks ago, and bought this Mac Screwdriver / Bit set today. Snap On guy didn't show up today, or I'd have some other goodies to show off.

$92? Is this the Leek? What alloy is the blade?

My Snap-On Leek was $39 shipped, with their standard Sandvik 14C28N blade.

I own 2 leeks and one chive, they all are very sharp! I use them on everything, and as such need to send them in for sharpening.

So I picked this up from the HD clearance thread the other day. 2 days from the night I ordered it to the time it showed up at my door. 2 3.0ah batteries, charger, case, and hammer drill. $146 total. Normally $279 and now it is out of stock. I have been very pleased with the Ridgid X4 collection and lifetime warranty on tools and batteries can't be beat.

Hmm. I wonder if it's sharper than cold steels. It does look really nice tho. Enjoy.

Yes, I bought them about 3 weeks ago, and yes they're rusted already. :( They're just bare metal, unfortunately. They're not the Snap On quality I'm used to.
That may be an issue with the manufacturing since the third one in doesn't look to be rusting, at least from the picture.

I've had mine for years now, and not a spec of rust on any.

Your eyes aren't fooling you, there isn't much rust on that one, but it's because I've only used that one once or twice. Another guy at my shop has the longer set and his have rusted as well. I thought about mentioning it to the SO dealer, and I might yet.
