The Wilde model numbers will tell you they are one 8" and two 12" prybars.
It’s always unclear if that’s the overall length or the blade length, that’s why I asked the OP for a quick measurement, something I’d still like to hear back about if the OP doesn’t mind.

Care to share the overall length of the smallest prybar?

8-9" at a guess. I already left the shop when I saw your posts.

They list 8" on the mfg site.

Bought my first torque wrench from Norbar via DRPD. I was going to get the 3/8” since I’m only using it for landscaping stuff and my snowblower but they sold out quick. Luckily this 1/2” has a low range so it will work out. The thing is pretty beefy and well put together. Also bought a PB Swiss coin driver which will help immensely with changing the batteries in my digital mics and calipers at work.

Wilde's website will tell you it's an 8" pry bar with a 4" handle. I don't know what they mean by 7" exposed bar. I have one and when I am in the shop later on, if I can remember to, I will see if I can figure it out.

Got some tools from DRPD Labor day sale.

KTC Profit wrench 15/17/19 to complete the set (already own 8 to 14).

Koken 1/4 and 3/8 flexible extension.

Koken 16mm Zeal spark plug socket.

IMG_0547.jpeg

Really like the slim profile with the angle of Profit wrench.

Koken knurling is beautiful.

These flexible extensions really have my interest. Would have been very handy on a trans pan job I did a few days ago.

Do you feel you can transmit torque through them well?

I bought this 7" long 3/8" drive 72T Koken ratchet (3725ZB) about three weeks ago at Amazon-US for a grand total of $54.45. Shipped from Amazon-Japan.

Head size compared to a near new 7" Snap-on Dual 80 ratchet. The Koken has much, much lower backdrag than the "broken in" Dual-80.

The QR button on the Dual 80 is ridiculously high. The Koken button height is much better, unless you are wearing super thick leather gloves.

Koken z-series 72t ratchets are amazing, love my 3/8 flex 178mm. My only complaint is I wish they would make them a little longer. That and I want a 1/2 72t flex 450mm to come out.

Picked these up over the past few weeks and got the Astro stuff today. I’ve already used the Koken stuff and the universals have been great.

Neat. I didn't know Ko-ken made a universal with a single joint. Do they have a five-cornered knob inside there? I've been buying theirs with a swivel joint on each end, for oodles of angle.

Picked up a cheap heat gun and a 6 ton bottle jack (not pictured) off of Amazon. I'll keep the jack in my truck and toss it in my wife's car on road trips (I take my husky 3 ton jack if we use my truck). Also picked up the pouch and pencil boxes at Meijer. The pencil boxes were 29 cents apiece, and the pouch was a $1.50 (for my soldering iron). I bought six of the pencil boxes for reorganizing drawers in the house and in my tool box lol. 16949849179534799535832181840431.jpg

Bought a pair of 3/8" drive locking extensions at Amazon.
Williams 3" extension $15.
Wera 5" extension $14. I don't thick the rotating black plastic sleeve is going to be useful. The button is 2 position: locked, and unlocked if you want to use the extension as a standard extension.

On those flexible extensions, is there a place to attach a 1/4 drive ratchet at the end also, or is it just to be used to turn it by hand?

I originally thought the same thing about the plastic sleeve but after a few years of using the Wera stuff, I can honestly say I use the living **** out of those sleeves. It’s incredibly efficient when I’m running SHCS all day on fixtures and tooling. Hopefully you’ll find the same results with time.

I've got a Wera Zyklop ratchet with a sleeve on the handle, and when the handle is pivoted to vertical (I call it "ratcheting nutdriver mode") you can use it for spinning. Didn't think I would, but sure, with the excess mass of what's essentially a rotohead's wings sticking out, you can move a little faster.

Of course, nothing ever stopped us from using fingers or gloves on chrome in the past. Wera likes to think of new things, the tool rebels that they claim to be, and I think two out of three times they're onto something.

Estwing 12oz ball peen hammer. Second order from Haus of Tools and shipping from CA was pretty fast.

Pictured next to my inherited ball peens from my late grandfather. Middle one is a USA made Blue Point and unknown on the other. Not sure what my plan is for these as I don’t intend to put them to normal use. Maybe refinish the handles?IMG_5225.jpeg

I’d leave the handles as is. That patina is years of use from your grandfather’s hands

Another package of tools arrived the other day. It’s my second go with the Heyco wrenches as the first batch had all kinds of peeling chrome issues. I should’ve forgot about them but I like the shorter sizing and the grippy satin finish so I ordered the same set from another vendor. These seem better but I won’t know until I start using them. So this Heyco set will cover my basic needs at the house from 5/16” to 3/4”. Also grabbed some chrome 12pt deep 1/2” drive metric sockets by Heyco. Yes, I live in the rust belt and know 6pt impacts would be the more intelligent buy but I don’t use 1/2” drive much at the house so the set I bought will be fine for me. Plus it keeps adding to my Euro tool fetish as they are COO of Ireland.

Also on the list was the Wiha bit holder that everyone online loves and a Felo bit set. I can see why Felo bent the bit holder handle and I can appreciate that but I am surprised to see the bit sit so shallow into the holder. It’s not as nice and compact as my Wera Toolcheck but I’m going to hold off on a total judgement until I’ve run it through its paces.

Free my ***, LOL.

New to me today ...

GEARWRENCH 84000H 7 Pc. Hook Pick Set - Lisle 82130 Hose Spoon.jpg

Gearwrench 84000H 7 Pc. Hook Pick set and the Lisle 82130 Hose Spoon set.

Decided on the latter after the discussion on this thread about hose picks like Snap-ons without the pointy tips and picked the Lisle as they seem to be a Snap-on clone of the 'wide-tip' hose spoon set but for a LOT less. Granted the Snap-on is made in USA and the Lisle isn't, but for $17 vs $93 I could have bought 5 sets of the Lisle and have change left over for what Snap-on is asking and I seriously doubt either offers any advantage short or long term over the other.
