Id be curious to see too. I have the SA forged C19 that are atlwast 10 year or so old. The reason why I bring this up is because the ones on these sets are different to the ones I have in my older set , most noticeable on the square half inch drive area vs my c19 sockets from SA , my D19 sockets from SA and Germany.Has anyone like the Torque Test Channel ever tested the metrinch sockets that came with those sets? I've been very curious about how they actually perform.

I like the offset on the box end of the USAG.I also ordered the Craftsman Overdrive wrenches with the $50 Lowes deal, they arrived today. Pretty nice. Some images comparing them to my USAG set.
A few notes:
So while I really like the USAG set more, and I really dislike the 11mm skip on the CMan (Porsche uses a lot of 11mm), It's hard to ignore the triple price for very similar SB&D wrenches...
- Lengths are the same.
- The anti-slip features look pretty damn similar, even if the craftsman is technically not RBRT?
- The craftsman's are definitely thinner, not as nice In the hand.
- USAG set is 8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19mm (12 piece)
- CMan set is 6-8-10-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19mm (11 piece)
- The wrench holder on the USAG was sold separately ($8), but *much* nicer.

The ones I posted a picture of are the small ones. I ordered a few of the larger ones awhile back just to see and didn’t care for them. I thought they were too big for my taste.

I could use one of those for the V-8 in my 05 Explorer. The oil is almost self-changing at this point (takes a quart every 4-6 weeks), LOL. No smoke or drips, which is the weird thing.

The square drive section very much resembles my Gedore Red socket when it comes to the that. I hope I'm saying this correctly , but I'll see if I can take pics this weekend and put them here.
The Ratchet and the 2 extensions have Germany listed as the COO , however the sockets have no COO which could mean 2 things , they're made in Taiwan or South Africa. I'm 95% sure they aren't made on South Africa as the South African ones sre identical to the German sockets and the square drive on the newer SA ones remains the same as it was before.
I'll upload the pictures and I'll include my Gedore Red sockets too and you'll see why/how I've come to this conclusion.
If that's the case , which I believe it is , then I think the usual $250 price tag is a rip off. Don't get me wrong , Taiwanese tool makers have stepped up their game , which is great , but they still need to come in at Taiwanese pricing which I feel that set does not @$250
The $50 I paid was a bargain though.
Basic guideline is
-COO Germany socket - stamped Germany
-COO RSA - no COO stamped but indetical to the German socket
-Taiwan - No COO stamped but also has rounding of the corners on the square drive section as most tiaeanese scokets to , Gedore Red , Ampro , King Tony , Tekton etc, they all have it. It seems to be a Taiwanese thing that ( cortect me if I'm wrong )
I didn't know the Gedore stuff was being made in Taiwan but given what those sockets look like along with some Amazon listings of some 1/4 sets and those with plastic cases , I think Taiwanese sockets in some sets are starting to become a thing with Gedore in certain regions.

Walmart also has a great price on the largest Hypertough (USA Wilde), but only one of the 3 stores around me carries it (oddly enough). Anyhow, I'm glad I found a replacement for the Craftsman sets. Guess I should really start using the HT hard to I can warranty them if needed (and still get an USA product).

Just received these WURTH items 24hr delivery.
Was in the canary Islands on holiday earlier and came across their depot, was more like a boutique inside.
Pidgin Spanish I asked if they were trade only or anybody could walk in.
Prices quoted were non trade.
Pliers are Knipex, the Knipex branded were 93 euros (£35-£40 GBP here) Bit set 70 euros.
I put them back. When I got home I've opened an account with WURTH.

Quick first impressions... She is heavy. A bit too much back drag on the ratcheting feature. The bits don't come arranged for OCD victims. That was easy to correct. The broaching for the bits leaves something to be desired. Maybe after repeated use the hole will deburr itself. In the end... I rate it Impressive weight with the best selection of bits offered in anything currently available.

ASSY RW is a successor to the AW series which is another WüRTH screw configuration.

I ran into a similar situation some time ago where I needed a bunch of them immediately.A while back I bought a couple Astro pneumatic rivnut kits. I could swear one of them did 3/8” x 16 inserts which until a couple days ago I hadn’t needed. Turns out it didn’t and I had an immediate need to do 20 this weekend. So I ordered their drill driven kit and as a backup the manual one too.
We burn thru a ton of 1/4" and 10/32" ones on projects. And I finally decided enough was enough of not knowing how stock was since I never bothered to build up a kit. It was always a "whats in the box!" deal. So along with this order I finally bought a master kit to go in with all my other collections of properly sorted hardware.I ran into a similar situation some time ago where I needed a bunch of them immediately.
Having trouble sourcing them in a rural area, I decided to build a little kit that would be easy to store but still offer lots of potential next time it comes up. Wasn't cheap, but sometimes wasting time costs more.
