I also bought these...19pc Husky "Black Chrome" socket set. I'm really liking the look of the black chrome tools. Only problem I see is dropping them:confused:
I checked into the Husky brand and the Stanley brand and they're both the exact same tools:headscrat. I only got the Husky for the ease of return.

You'll now need a 12-step program. :) Congrats, they're great tools.

dwm, is that one set? Do you have part numbers from McMaster?

It's not one set... it's the set RodneyPierce ordered (but in a different color), plus some others added that I needed.

56805A691 is the 8-piece set. I added 56805A251 (3/16" slotted, cabinet tip, 10" long blade), 56805A311 (Philips #2, 6" long blade) and 56805A231 (1/4" slotted, cabinet tip, 6" blade). Total was $62.70.

They SHOULD make that as a set. Nice job. Thanks for posting the #'s on your extras.

Nice wrenches. Those have more than a passing resemblance to the Facom 440's (I love my Facom's). What is the COO on those?

Picked these up today. Black Chrome wrench set by Husky. They're marked Taiwan, but they look cool and feel pretty good. They look good mounted next to the socket set...

Wiha Black Friday metric combination wrench set 8-20mm, 22, & 24 mm. Not branded Wiha but, "Gb". Polished euro style standard length wrenches. No pouch or case, wrapped in bubble wrap in a white cardboard box. No where it's made information on label or wrenches. Nothing special. Great for a road box.

those mac wrenches look awesome, please tell me they are USA!
I honestly don't know where they are made and I don't much care. I make a living with my tools and as long as they work as they should they make me money and they didn't cost me $300 or more off the Snap-on truck. I've found that Snap-on is too proud of their tools for my taste or wallet:lol_hitti
