how do you like the Craftsman premium ratchets thinking of buying a set
Bhh do you have a part number for that green step stool?
I wish they where, But their not even close to the same. The red/blue colors is the only thing they have in common and even then Kobalt does it backwards. (Duralast = red/metric, blue/SAE, New kobalt = Red/SAE, Blue/Metric)
Duralast is a part of the Great neck saw/OEM family of tools, the New Kobalt is Danaher.
Once you look past the colors, you will see that duralast & Kobalt are in no way similar. The styles, sets, sizes, materials etc are all very different.
Ive already looked very closely because they both (Kobalt & Duralast) switched OEM's within months of each other. And Great neck has been making the Kobalt screwdrivers for years now.
But unfortunately for me, the new Kobalt is just overseas Danaher that can be picked up at ACE hardware or Nothern tool for 1/3 the kobalt price.
I will check next time I am in the garage. I doubt it has one, I am pretty sure it is just a rebranded step stool that they threw their name on.
ECP, where do your wrench racks come from?
