HF AC gauges took a **** today, so I called my Mac guy... Then 2 hours later I needed a pulley holder, call my Mac guy again, somehow I also grabbed an impact chisel. Got the pulley holder for free.

And this also... Great for stuck clutch fans.

My CMan 399 socket set came in a week ago, no pics, but I like them. My ToolTopia order should be here on the 10th.

Are the splined version the only one with the raised head/gear? I really wanted to get them for awhile, but I want the raised head, but I am hesitant on splined. How do you like them?

i realized the other pic was too blurry to see anything

here's a clearer closeup

they flex 180 deg

as far as how i like the spline... just got them today...so don't know...but i think i'll like them

All the Matco Kabo made long ratcheting wrenches are spline, i like them a lot. They're much better on deteriorated fasteners than 12pt. My only complaint is sometimes they grip too well to the point where a rusted bolt doesnt want to come out without a little wiggling.

That's an awesome deal! I just ordered some proto stuff at great prices. Never used Zoro, not sure how great they are but they seem big. Wonder if their coupon can be used multiple times and if they'd catch on that you're making your orders smaller to take advantage of it.....

Walk into Cornwell Tools truck the same day and saw another set similar but priced at $172.99. Glad I got the set from Snap On.

Wait, what no Carlyle? :lol_hitti

I ordered my Carlyle haul directly from the distribution center. ;) I have an acquaintance that works there.

As of yesterday they had all the order except my 3/8" ratchets filled, so i'll have it all next time i see him. :)

And then Monday or Tuesday i'll make another big Carlyle order and i'll make a "show off your Carlyle" thread and we can have the whole bitchfest all over again! :lol_hitti

The Lowes stuff is for my junkyard set.

My wife and I are putting together a b-day present for her little sister. And she went pink as her little sister like that. And she is great at putting down tiles, prego flooring and other hand stuff around the house, and she will be helping us on a major renovation this coming week. So this is a little composition of what we got at sears on sale. Just couple pieces more and the kit will be complete.

The pink box ratcher's selector switch is allot better then the HF composite selector switch. I opened the pink box ratchet to oil it up with gun oil.

Taiwan ratchet - chinese hammer - adjustable - small bit drive, and canada blade driver. Waiting for the plier set to go on sale, and it will be complete. And lowes kolbat metric socket set 12pc.

How do I get in on this?!?!?!?!?!?!

Yepp, I believed it's a weekly Promo. I was working and he came up to me with it in his arms and said he has this set on sale for $80, normally it's $170 or something and I just said I'll take it.

Ask your Snap On Tools guy, usually they have it the following week as well. I don't see items last no more than 2 week though. Once it's gone, the price will go back to what it is normally. But if it's still there, he'll probably sell it to you the same price as it was on Promo the following week. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Order this last last Friday, Got it on this past Friday. Best Battery Charging System out there.

SNAPONEEBC500.jpg

Does 6, 12 and 24 volts. What I like about it is that it does standard, AGM, and Gel Cell Batteries. It also let you flash program batteries such as the AGM batteries used in Volkswagen and BMW. Solid built, love the push around heavy duty wheels. Even has 300 amp engine start so you can start your engine on low battery.

Got tired of jumping customer's car batteries 4-6 times a day.

I was working on pulling the transmission out of an 03 Pontiac vibe today to replace the clutch.I had two bolts that I couldn't get to very easily so I made a trip to harbor freight and picked up a 3/8 indexing head ratchet.Boy was that thing ever a life saver.Well worth the money I paid just to get the two bolts out.

My guy had the 6 piece extension set's standard and wobble with a free T72 or F80 Ratchet

My Lowes doesn't have those crossform wrenches.I want to get a set of those in sae and metric.I did get the ratcheting versions though.

They were on sale for $15, originally $80. I didn't really need them, since i have all these sizes in Gearwrench XBeam ratcheting wrenches, but for that money, screw it.

I went to sears today just to have a look around and found the new 3/8" torque wrench at a pretty good price, had to get one!

I also received in the mail a Matco 3/8" locking flex head ratchet. I always wanted to give Matco a try, so far feels real good.
