Day-um, but a small box of Snap-On stuff is expensive. But, me like! I finally took the plunge on SO ratcheting screwdrivers. Very, very nice! I'll break them in finishing a bit of electrical work in the garage.

Air grease gun is made in Taiwan. It looks the same as many other brands. For $30, I figured it was a worthwhile purchase when running a whole tube of grease into my tractor.

I've also finished filling in the gaps of an SK impact socket set. SK and SO sharing the same socket holder: made in USA alliterative goodness!

My Dodge Ram 5.9 Cummins has a pipe plug fitting in the oil drain plug. The socket extension never fits quite right, so I thought I'd get the individual 3/8 pipe plug socket, then one thing led to another and......

"Hello, my name is jvitez and I'm a tool-a-holic." :)

One more Princess Auto purchase. Lighter is for my weed burner. For $9 I don't have to wreck a nice Zippo, nor futz with a spark igniter.

Very nice. This is the newest model correct? How much did it cost you if you don't mind me asking?

Went to princessauto this morning, got the plugs for $2 a piece (huge bin of them there) and a ball joint press kit for $40. Did the front u-joint on my trailblazer this morning. Worked well.

The other day I was at Northern tool and saw they had a 3 piece Channellock Griplock set priced at $22.99. Well it turns out they were supposed to be priced $29.99 but I got them at the $22.99 price and slapped down a $5 off $15 coupon and Walked out with this set for a cool $18!

This FHLF80 was backordered when i purchase a few tools about a week or so ago. Arrived on my doorstep today. It is BEEFY! I put it next to my "long handle" 3/8 Mac which was my favorite until now.

Nice deal! I got the 2 piece set about 2 months ago and paid $25 for it. $18 for the 3 piece set is really a good deal!

Don't have any photos currently, but I go to pawn shops a LOT, and today I picked up:

A pair of knipex cobra pliers (like channel locks)
a 60mm wrench (don't know why I needed it, but it was huge and neat)
a blackhawk 1 1/4" open end on one side 1 1/8" open on the other side wrench.
a few more c clamps (I buy all I can find)
a pair of bluepoint diagonal pliers
and some other assorted craftsman sockets.

Set me back 5 bucks (I get the regular-customer discount, to say the least).

Also picked up a staedtler drafting set. It's a 35 or so piece set that itt tech drafting and design students are required to purchase. Cost me 25 out the door. I'd wanted a few of the pencils and templates in there for a bit, so I'm happy with that.

If they are like the Chanel Locks, they are likely Alligators and not Cobra's. Cobra's have the chrome button on the side to allow qucik and easy adjustment. Alligators are like std. arc joint pliers and you need to manualy adjust them.

Big difference in price. Still awesome tools.

No, they're the cobras. Have the button and say "cobra" on them. I just use channel locks interchangeably to describe all pliers of that general shape. Lol

they're the knipex 87 01 300 that look like this:

I picked this up yesterday off craigslist. I paid $60 for it which I thought was fair, and the best part was it was made in the USA.
