Posted before but had issue with the attachment...very happy with this set though. Good price too through Amazon, I believe around $60 shipped.

I got all of those on amazon but they don't have the full line. You can go direct from Wihas usa site or from some German importers.
KCToolco.com and Micro-tools.com are authorized dealers, but cheaper than what Wihatools.com.

For one-off orders, Amazon may end up slightly cheaper when there's free shipping, but if the order is larger, then either of these tend to even beat Amazon in my experience.

Both have saved me a small fortune on Wiha vs. directly from Wiha's US site, or even from Amazon (particularly items they don't carry themselves).

Sundays haul from Home Depot. $5 each. I didn't need anymore hammers but at that price I couldn't pass that up. They had 5 left and my friend that I was with bought the other two.:rocker:

Wow that is a great price you know HD took a loss on that one. What are they doing getting rid of the last American made product?

I've only been increasing my tool collection for the last 12 months, I'm 22 and still an apprentice, which means I'm still not getting paid enough so go easy on me

HD has been clearing out Vaughan for a few years. It appears they are focusing on Estwing. There have been excellent deals on great hammers.

These California framers were a Black Friday deal...here we are in March and they are still available. I don't quite get it.

Those are overstock "loss-leader" left overs from last Christmas. 19oz California Framer is an odd-ball size and not many in the trade would be buying them.

Apparently at least the Lowes here is having a sale on DascoPro. Went into Lowes to buy some screws for some hooks the wife wants me to put up.

I've wanted a set of Chisels, but kept putting it off, SK socket sets took priority, plus to be fair never needed metalworking chisels, (wood chisels I have a ton of thanks to being a family of carpenters).

3/8" ($3), 1/2" ($3), 5/8" ($4), 3/4" Long Chisel ($7). And the Pin Punch kit even though I just bought a Starrett set, because for $12 I mean I couldn't pass it up.

So a grand total of $29 for American made Chisels and punches. Not bad cheaper then the Starrett Drive Pin set!

I really don't need more screwdrivers, but when do GJ aficionados ever stop at "need.":)

Love the feel of the Ergonics. Much more comfortable than the Wera's I have, though the Wera look cooler.......

Just recently sold my matco tool cart, looking to get something to relieve my main toolbox, was leaning towards a snap on cart particularly the krsc33 or krsc326. Called the SO guy today, out of business and the new guy starts in 2 weeks. Browsing online, saw a small toolbox at canadian tire. Just brought it home. Going to buy some plywood, make a top and mount my vise on it

Williams 1/4 USA deep metric sockets, all Williams USA dead blow hammers, all Bahco Spain adjustable comfort grip wrenches, and a LARGE Spain Bahco pipe wrench. (same as Snap-on PWZ wrenches) They actually make one that is double this size too! The hammers seem so simliar, i feel like I dont really need every size, oh well.

Next to my Snap-on PWZ0 and PWZ1 for comparison.

Nice haul:thumbup:

The deadblows look like the old Snap On ones.

QUOTE]

I have a Q about Grearwrench vs Sunex impact sockets. Which do you guys feel are better? As the prices are close. Tell me what you think of the short, deep and swivle impacts short and deep.

Thanks Chris
