Well done, buddy. Sounds like you have a solid relationship with your pops. I have the same saw and love it!

You'll love those. Every Snap-on plier/cutter that i've added to my box has been awesome.
I bought some 1/4"x4x4' wood and a bunch of dowels and made my own socket "trays".. Sorry--but I'm not paying $9-$13 dollars for the plastic ones locally. That's just a ******** price for something that costs $.09-.12 for the injection mold squirt of plastic..
ok geppetto, and just how much you think it costs to make and design a mold?

they make an orange one. CT4410AOBOOT is the part #do they make orange boots or do you get to put a red boot on your orange impact?
Knipex and Felo.
AKA the GJ "gateway drugs..."
Your wallet has now been warned.
LOLZ.

I would really like to know what was used to engrave this old Master Snap-on

It looks to be done by hand to me....![]()
I just want to know where the pizza and ice cream scoop were made.
You can call me names when you get my nose molded with a mold that you made dipshit.. You must be one of the tool=polishers which are made of money--as there is no justification for something that requires no human effort beyond the thought of design and turning on a machine to cost what those little racks cost at Menards..

joke's on you. I am a mold maker and will gladly make you a mold but not for $.09-.12
And there is nothing wrong with being a finisher. His job is as important as anyone in the shop. I liked your idea of the wood tray. I might do something like that because I'm a DIY type of guy. I was just pointing out your ignorance about a $.09-.12 tray. Not quite sure your pants are fully pulled from your **** yet.. As if you read the post--i'm not talking about molds being cheap.. I'm talking about the product being cheap and being way overpriced.. And being a "tool-polisher" is not a "finisher".. It's a guy who doesn't get his tools dirty..
SO--if you are done defending yourself when there was no offense--this can carry on as we all boast about our fun new additions to our afflictions of garage dwelling..
I saw that pizza/ice cream set in the last SO monthly catalog but forgot to ask about it...did you have to purchase something or was it a nice freebie?
