Picked up the flex head wrenches at a car show last weekend. The Napa stand had a sale on Gearwrench stuff, picked them up for 29.99. I was quite pleased!

I've been using and recommending them for many years. They say they are for sheet metal, but I use them for stuff 1/4" thick all the time. I even ground off the arbor slightly to allow it to go just a tad deeper - till it bottoms out inside the cutter itself - like 5/16 thick frame rails.
Another hint:drill a tiny pilot hole all the way through a thick piece to get your center and then cut with one of these from each side and you can easily make a fast hole in 1/2 thick material.
I see you got a better assortment than the version the tool trucks carry. Where did you get them?...something else I now HAVE to have

A practically new HH140. An upgrade from my previous Lincoln weldpak. The nozzle has almost no spatter and not much of it shows much use. I know not the best picture. I also added a big delta drill press too. It is an older model 15-231 made in Canada. Used in a woodworking shop. Should have seen me get it in/out the prius. I don't really have good pictures of it, though I have a couple of it in the car. Don't know why the iphone pics always go side ways, they look good on the email.

I have some ideas percolating between my ears for some new furniture designs.

I needed a few sheet metal tools to help pull them off, but the budget just wasn't there for high end tools.

Ended up with Woodward Fab chinese made shear and bead roller, and a used Jet 48" brake.

Should get me started.

Great ideas! I got both sets through Amazon (through eToolsDirect) (where I get most of my non-Snap On tools). If any of them get dull, I can buy replacements through McMaster. I am using the recommended stick lubricant religiously.

What up fellow car audio guy! These things cut so clean and fast, I was so amazed. I've drilled so many holes in metal by starting with 1/16" and working my way up in 1/64" or 1/32" increments to keep the center from shifting, being able to pop a 3/4" hole in 1/8" steel in one shot is such a time saver!

We do a lot of work with 1/8" to 1/4" steel brackets and .060 to .120 wall square tubing. Drilling holes to mount brackets, install rivet nuts, etc.

I picked up a few items from Lowes, while on my way back from Northern Tool after buying the ratchet straps ($15/pr on sale)

Knipex linemans and needle nose. Channellock 337. And a couple Nicholson files for a dollar-something a piece.

Picked up metric and standard Husky 7 piece ratcheting wrenches for 14.00 each on clearance. The box end is spline drive. Should be a nice set for home. Couldn't pass on them at this price.

not new but new to me. a guy I know has been sick and out of work for a while and is selling off all his machine shop equip. picked up 2 40ton shop presses, a famco 2ton arbor press, royobi chop saw, dewalt 4 1/2" grinder and a delta dust collector for the sum of $300. presses need new seals in them as they leak oil but one is sold already and the other is getting converted to power.

^ Lowes. I think they sell 15 packs of whatever grit for $7.98 or 50 packs for $19.98.

Works out to 40 cents each vs 54 cents each.
