Not new really but... I had both the vice and grinder given to me. I finally fixed the vice today, cleaned it up and bolted it down. Also bolted down the grinder. I don't know how much life that has left in it (i think the capacitor is going bad) but it works and that's good enough for me.

Didn't know napa relabeled the grip ons, do they carry the full line?
You'll like them, those little batteries wont fit in the big one though

Nitecore P12 showed up today along with a FourSevens Preon penlight. Had been using a Sunwayman V11R and Streamlight Stylus Pro. The Preon beats the Stylus in almost everything but simplicity. My Stylus is 48 lumens, early ones were 24 and they were recently just upgraded to 65. The Preon is 192 on high, 26 on medium and 2.2 on low. Has strobe and beacon modes too but I never use those. The aluminum tail switch feels cheaper, but works nicer than the rubber on the streamlight. Its easier to push at an off angle. Streamlights always like to inflate underneath the rubber on me too making it even harder to activate.
The P12 I got because I wanted an EDC light with 18650's as I was sick of CR123s and the 16340's have terrible run time. I knew it was going to be a bulky light and its not bad but the clip is too far down on it. I clip my lights in my side pocket on my pants (Firehose Flex) and close the flap over them. I've lost too many streamlights out of that pocket I didn't want to start loosing more expensive ones. The P12 doesn't let me close it. It's a bit long for my needs, it also has a pretty weak clip. It's not terrible, but the Sunwayman still lifts my pants leg up a little ways before it finally lets go and I've been using it for a few months now every day. I think I might return the P12 actually and get a Zebralight SC600W instead as its much more compact. I have a new H602w headlamp from them coming tommorrow. I can't get my H600w working and the H602w looked like it would be much better for the majority of my uses just in the shop as it is a serious floodlight. Hopefully I can fix the H600w though because it is much nicer outside in the dark with its longer throw. I also like how the newer ZL's use true thermal regulating to alter the light output versus my older H600W that just steps down from turbo after 3 minutes.

Those are NOS. Haven't seen them in a actual NAPA in a long time.

Yeah, definitely over a grand.
Those are the wobble plus extensions. Some guys hate them but I love em. I've needed a full set of both 3/8 and 1/4 for a while so I pulled the trigger.
That ball joint press is worth it's weight in gold. No more fumbling around with all the adapters since all of the different parts snap together.

Ah forgot to add, its the 72" Extreme tools 18 drawer one. Not the 17 drawer professional one. Good box for the money probably the last box I will ever buy. Detents are a bit hard, but they are breaking in.

Your gonna love it.
I posted mine a week or so back when I got it. I realized today that I have been using it more than any other headlight I have ever owned. Not just in the darkest spots, but also lighting up my work area in spots that it just made things better where I would not have bothered to waste battery life on in the past. I run it usually on the 3rd setting, as that is at least as bright as the next best light I ever had previously, but sometimes on the highest setting for super fine detail work.
I also found that I am getting 3 days working around the shop like that out of a single charge on 3400 mAh batteries - probably 6 hrs run time total.
I cant make up mind if I want the HC50 or the Zebralight H600FW Mk II or H602W. Those Zebralights put out a whopping 1000 lumens but are more expensive. I was thinking of using mine for some outdoor activities as well.

I've been using a small LED headlamp powered by 3-AAAs for several years now and was tired of the poor battery life and light output. These 18650 powered lamps are definitely in a another league. Plus, I already have 6 18650s (1600-2000 mAh) currently in my e-cig rotation. I need to grab a few of those 3400 mAh batteries.
The Zebras look like nice lamps too. I believe they're designed to be easily removed from the head strap so it can me used as a hand held lamp as well. Can't go wrong with either of the two brands if you ask me.

I bought Panasonic 3400's off Amazon - they are fine except the positive end doesn't have a protruding button like you would expect. It flat just like teh negative end. The first time I put one in the HC50, nothing happened - no power -- wtf?
.....I took it out and examined it closely and realized the flat positive end would not connect to the pins inside the light since it has some funky contacts which make using CR123's or 18650's possible. I pried under the edge a few spots around the tip of the battery with a small pick and now it connects just fine.I am also really liking going to all 18650s for all of my lights

I have two 3100mAh flat tops as well. Some folks have been using small earth magnets on flat top cells to create a button for devices that require "button top" batteries. As luck would have it, I happen to have a small earth magnet and will try it out tomorrow.
